Carole DeJarnatt
With over 2 1/2 decades of sales, marketing, customer service, and management experience, Carole DeJarnatt has developed a sharp eye for how businesses get bloated with inefficiencies, cross-purposes, and miscommunication --- and how they can retool for a sleeker, smoother, strategically focused organization. As an entrepreneur who built her own business advisory company she also empathetically helps other business owners set priorities and create balance between life and work.
In June 2006, after 25 years of developing knowledge and skills through her business experiences, Carole decided to start her own business advisory service. Her goal is to help small to medium sized businesses plan for future growth; help to identify the inefficiencies presently in their businesses; and create and initiate plans of action for implementation of success strategies.
In November 2006, she became a facilitator of Genesis: The Business Workshop, adding this to her toolbox of programs for utilization in working with her clients.
As an author of articles educating on good business practices, Carole has been published in online and print format newsletters and also in The Jacksonville Business Journal.
Carole is an Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business. In June 2006, she attended an accreditation training for enhanced knowledge, network building, and educational development of the necessary skills for effective business coaching and advising. The accreditation not only gave her a toolbox of reference materials but it also enables her access to knowledge and expertise from over 4,000 other Accredited Associates with various areas of business experience across all industries and countries.
